Initial arrangements – definitions

The Controller is ZPC BOX Zdzisław Leśniewicz, which stores and accesses information about the User. The Controller may collect information about connection parameters such as IP addresses for technical purposes, server administration and to collect general, statistical demographic information, as well as for security purposes. The Controller shall take special measures to protect privacy and the information provided. The Controller shall select and apply with due diligence appropriate technical measures, including those of a programming and organisational nature, to ensure the protection of the processed data, and in particular to protect the data against access by unauthorised persons, disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorised modification, as well as against processing in violation of the applicable laws.

Cookies – refer to computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices used by the User to access the Website.

Controller’s cookies– refer to cookies added by the Controller in order to provide services via electronic means by the Controller through the Website.

External cookies – refer to cookies added by the Controller's partners, through the Website.

Website– refers to the website, operating under the domain: http://frankoli/Device – refers to an electronic device used by the User to access the Website.

User – refers to the entity to whom electronic services may be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the law.
 

Processing of personal data

1. The entity responsible for the processing of personal data is ZPC BOX Zdzisław Leśniewicz (96-315) Wiskitki, Nowe Kozłowice 78A. The personal data provided by the Users shall be treated with particular care for its security.

2. The personal data provided to the Controller shall be stored and secured in accordance with the principles set out in the applicable legal provisions:

    • the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended)
    • the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended), the Regulation of 29 April 2004 by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration as regards personal data processing documentation and technical and organisational conditions which should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for the personal data processing (Journal of Laws No. 100, item 1024)

3.Personal data provided to the Controller shall not be shared or sold to third parties unless the User explicitly gives consent.
For statistical and marketing purposes, information relating to the interests and demographics of our Users is processed by the Controller through the Google Analytics service.
 

Types of Cookies used

1. The Cookies used by the Controller do not affect the User's device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to access the Users' devices by this means. These Cookies allow to identify the software used by the User and to customise the Website individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the Device and the assigned value.

2. The Controller uses two types of Cookies

  • Session Cookies – kept on the User's Device and remain there until the end of a given browser session. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The session cookies mechanism does not allow any personal data or any confidential information to be collected from the User's device.
  • Persistent Cookies – kept on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. If the session of a particular browser ends or the Device is switched off, they are not deleted from the User's device. The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow any personal data or any confidential information to be collected from the User's device.

3. The User can restrict or disable the access of Cookies to the Device used. If this option is activated, the User will be able to use the Website except for functions that by their nature require Cookies.
 

Cookies – use

1. The Controller uses its own Cookies in order to correctly set up the Website, and in particular to:

  • adapt the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimise the use of the Website,
  • recognise the Website User's device and its location and appropriately display the website, adapted to the User's individual needs,
  • store settings selected by the User and personalise the User interface, e.g. as regards the chosen language or the region of origin of the User,
  • store the history of pages visited on the Website in order to recommend content.

2. The Controller uses its own cookies to implement processes necessary to ensure the full functionality of the Website, and in particular to:

  • adapt the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimise the use of the Website pages. In particular, these Cookies enable recognition of the basic parameters of a User's device and appropriate display of a website, adapted to the User's individual needs; 
  • to properly manage the affiliate programme, enabling in particular the verification of the sources of redirection of Users to the Website.

3. The Controller uses its own Cookies in order to analyse and research as well as to audit Website traffic and, in particular, to create anonymous statistics to understand how Website Users use the Website's pages, to improve their structure and content.

    The Controller uses its own Cookies in order to provide advertising services and, in particular, to adapt the advertisements of third-party services and products presented through the Website.
  • The Controller uses external Cookies to promote the Website through the Google social network. 

Conditions for storing or accessing Cookies

1. The User may, independently and at any time, change the Cookies settings, determining the conditions for storing and accessing Cookies on the User's Device. The settings referred to in the previous sentence may be changed by the User using the settings of the web browser used or by configuring the service. These settings can be changed in particular in such a manner to block the automatic use of Cookies in the web browser settings or to notify the User whenever they are stored on the User’s device. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of managing Cookies is available in the settings of the software (web browser).

2. The User may delete Cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser used.

3. Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
